Francesca “Franny”

Founder/ Stylist /Transformation Specialist

With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. Franny is entering her 20th year behind the chair. Francesca has a passion for identity affirming haircuts and color, transformations, hair extensions, as well as corrective cutting and coloring.

Francesca also has a passion for teaching and sharing her knowledge with the next generation of hairstylists, encouraging them to learn and grow both personally and professionally.

Brittny

Focused, approachable, and driven by results, our salon manager is all about building strong relationships. She helps guide clients and staff alike to the right solutions—with clarity and care. Both working with clients and managing the business, she brings a warm personality and many years of customer service to her role in the salon.

Brittny has blessed us with the addition of her magical scalp massage skills to our head spa since 2024. As a Reiki Master, she believes deeply in the power of energy and connection. The head spa offers a way for her to share space with clients on more than a surface level.

Emily

Creative and strategic in equal measure, Emily brings over 13 years of experience behind the chair. As an autistic stylist, Emily has an incredible attention to detail, which combined with her creative nature, makes her the dream stylist for any client, but especially those also living with neurodiversity seeking a comfortable salon experience.

Emily loves vivid colors, edgy alternative styles and patterns, and creating striking, unique looks for every client. Also a makeup artist and styling enthusiast, Emily has you covered for all occasions!

Naomi

Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, our color specialist Naomi brings 9 years of experience with her behind the chair. If you’re looking for custom color or bold dimensional looks, Naomi delivers styles that make her clients feel confident and seen, as well as a hefty arsenal of dad jokes.

Naomi supports our team with color knowledge and teaches color classes for our apprentices while keeping us on our toes with her personality.
