Franny has been in the industry for twenty years this year, and s her career has expanded and evolved, she has had to become more than a stylist and business owner.

A neurodivergent woman and mom to her own crew of neurodivergent kids, Fran knows that showing up authentically is SO important. At ALT Beauty Co, she hopes to empower others, employee and guests alike to do the same.

This space and these artists are here to create an experience that makes you feel even more at home within yourself. That has been a passion for Fran, long before the doors of this salon were opened.

Franny began working for herself in 2020, after years of working in and for other local salons. Her enthusiasm about growing, both personally and professionally has only grown greater over the years. Starting in a salon suite, moving to booth rental in a friend’s salon, to opening her own brick and mortar in 2022, Franny has worked tirelessly to show up for herself, her clients, and her staff.

Now, stepping into this new chapter of business ownership as ALT Beauty Co, instead of The Hive, we get to see the culmination of what she has been striving to build. A supportive, comfortable and inclusive environment for staff and clients alike, that promotes connection, authenticity and creativity.
